Google’s on and off negotiations with Digg have been back on in a big way for the last six weeks, we
’ve heard from multiple sources inside of Google, and the two companies are close to a deal that will bring Digg under the Google News property. The acquisition price is in the $200 million range, says one source.

If Google decides to comply with this decision and not appeal to a higher court, then the privacy of all 80 million+ YouTube users are compromised. TechCrunch also pointed out that the decision (pdf) made in the New York court could be in violation of US federal law.

The Pirate Bay, the world’s largest bit-torrent tracker allegedly claims damages against anti-piracy agencies.

There has been much talk of Twitter users moving over to FriendFeed since Twitter replies were down for the majority of last week. I had already blogged a link to Wordle last week.
It´s a really cool tool to create word clouds from any text or even from you del.icio.us tags.
The latter is what i did and the result is shown above.
